Trajectories

Feedback-informed treatment

"Feedback is the breakfast of the champions", this also applies for psychotherapy. By systematically collecting feedback in the course of the care process, the quality of therapy is optimized. Monitoring does not replace psychotherapy. Therapeutic contact in the here-and-now remains the main focus. But research and clinical experience have shown that monitoring improves therapeutic contact: by allowing clients to fully participate, better coordination is achieved, which contributes to the effectiveness and targeting of therapy.

A client's individual trajectory provides you with an overview of his/her treatment and a visualization of the scheduled sessions and assigned notes and questionnaires.

QIT online provides a number of standard processes that start from a generic model: the focus is not only on whether therapy works, but also on what works (and on what doesn't) and on how it works exactly. Clinical relevance and user-friendliness are guiding principles in the elaboration of these standard trajectories.

Trajectories can be adjusted manually by the care provider depending on the specific client or clinical setting. After all, therapy is tailor-made. Programmed questionnaires can be omitted and new questionnaires added.

Customized trajectories can be developed at an organizational level, in collaboration with our team of developers.

With QIT online, notes are entered in an easy, secure environment, where the therapist controls access. Most recent notes are easily accessible so that you can accurately follow the progress of the process and start the next session in a well-informed manner.

QIT online has an extensive library of more than 100 questionnaires. A clear catalog gives you more explanation about focus, target group, number of items, ... of each questionnaire. From the individual care process of a client you have direct access to the online library and you can easily select and add questionnaires.

Your client's answers are captured in real-time in a well-arranged feedback report. Depending on the type of questionnaire, scores are calculated or literal answers are displayed. A spreadsheet or evolution chart provides more insight into the process flow. It helps you and your client to keep accurately monitor and the process and adjust it if necessary.

Qit benefits both therapist and patient.

"It allows both the therapist and the client to reflect more on their experience of the session. It helps the therapist to make timely adjustments where necessary and the client to discuss difficult themes more "
